Anneliese Louise van der Pol, an American actor and singer who is of Dutch origin and is the daughter of a Dutch native. Her most well-known roles include actor in the theatre and also in the role of Chelsea Daniels from the Disney Channel's That's So Raven. The year 2006 saw her recorded the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) to be used in the edition Disneymania. She also recorded a number of songs from the stage production as well as A Change in Me.
